Drive Belt: Service and Repair

Without A/C:

With A/C:

The Poly-V (Serpentine) Drive belt is provided with a dynamic tensioner to maintain proper belt tension. To remove or install this belt.
1. Remove air cleaner ducts.
2. Release tension by rotating the tensioner clockwise with a 15 mm wrench on the tensioner idler pulley bolt.
3. Reverse above procedure to install.
