Front Door Weatherstrip: Service and Repair

Door Opening Weatherstrip:

DOOR OPENING WEATHERSTRIPS REMOVAL
1. Open door.
2. Disengage push-in fasteners holding door opening weatherstrip to sport cap.
3. Pull weatherstrip from fence around door opening.

INSTALLATION
1. Install push-in fasteners to hold weatherstrip to sport cap.
2. If necessary apply adhesive to back of weatherstrip to hold weatherstrip to sport cap.
3. Push weatherstrip onto door opening fence down quarter panel to sill.
4. Push weatherstrip onto door opening fence down hinge pillar from the base of windshield to sill.
5. Push weatherstrip onto door opening fence along sill.
