Removal and Installation

NOTE: Prior to removing exhaust manifold disconnect battery ground cable and drain engine coolant.

1. Remove air intake hose
2. Disconnect radiator upper hose connection.
3. Disconnect air hose
4. Disconnect control wiring harness.
5. Remove water pipe assembly.
6. Remove engine oil dipstick.
7. Remove heat protector.
8. Remove engine hanger.
9. Remove pulsed secondary air injection valve
10. Disconnect front exhaust pipe.
11. Remove heat protector.
12. Remove exhaust manifold
13. Remove exhaust manifoldgasket.
14. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
14. Connect battery and fill cooling system.
