Dieseling/Run-on

Symptom: Engine continues to run after key is turned "OFF", but runs very roughly. If engine runs smoothly, check ignition switch and adjustment.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Engine Mechanical
- Excessive engine temperature

Fuel System
- Fuel injector leak.
- Incorrect idle speed.

Ignition System
- Incorrect ignition timing.
