Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems

1. Connect Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB II) per manufacturers instructions.
2. After DRB II has been connected, DRB II will now display fault code(s).
3. After fault code(s) have been displayed, refer to the following for ABS Chart number relating to fault code displayed:
a. Fault codes 11--Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Error, 12--Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Error, 13--Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Error and 14--Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
b. Fault code 15--Vehicle Velocity Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
c. Fault code 22--Brake Switch Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
d. Fault codes 41--Left Front Wheel Valve Error, 42--Right Front Wheel Valve Error and 43--Rear Wheel Valve Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
e. Fault code 51--Valve Relay Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
f. Fault code 52--Motor Relay or Motor Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts.
g. Fault code 55--ECU Error, refer to Brakes and Traction Control/Brakes/Antilock Brake System/Testing and Inspection/Procedures/Diagnostic Charts for appropriate ABS Chart.
