Check No. 5, Washer Switch Input Test

1. Ensure terminal voltage is zero volts at ECU connector terminal 58, on models without theft alarm, or terminal 60, on models with theft alarm, with ignition switch in ACC position and washer switch Off.
2. Ensure battery voltage is present at ECU connector terminal 58, on models without theft alarm, or terminal 60, on models with theft alarm, with ignition switch in ACC position and washer switch On.
