Check No. 4, Wiper Relay Activation Test

1. Ensure terminal voltage is zero volts at ECU connector terminal 4, on models without theft alarm, or terminal 6, on models with theft alarm, with wiper and ignition switch Off.
2. Ensure battery voltage is present at ECU connector terminal 4, on models without theft alarm, or terminal 6, on models with theft alarm, with wiper switch "Off" and ignition in "Accessory" position.
