Fault Code 14

1. Check the blend air door and linkage for binding.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Disconnect the 21-way connector at the control module and check for power at terminal 8.
- If voltage is present, repair the wire for a short to ignition voltage.
- If voltage is not present, go to step 3.
3. Turn ignition switch OFF.
4. Leave the 21-way connector disconnected and disconnect the 5-way connector at the blend air door actuator.
5. Check for continuity between terminal 8 of the 21-way connector and terminal 1 of the 5-way connector.
- If there is continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is not continuity, repair the open wire.
6. Reinstall the 5-way connector to the blend air door actuator.
7. Check for continuity between terminals 7 and 8 of the 21-way connector.
- If there is continuity, replace the control module.
- If there is not continuity, replace the blend air door actuator.
