T-Top: Adjustments

Adjust And Seal Glass Panel:

ADJUSTMENT AND SEALING OF GLASS PANELS
1. Remove latch cover screws.
2. Remove latch cover.
3. To adjust hatch downward, loosen guide plate screws then move the guide plate toward the hatch glass. To adjust hatch upward, move the guide plate away from the glass.
4. Retighten all screws and check for complete contact of glass with seals.

Door Glass Adjustment:

FRONT DOOR GLASS ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove door trim panel and plastic air shield.
2. Loosen fasteners (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5).
3. With glass in down position, using stabilizers (34) push glass outboard until it contacts lower pad of outer belt weatherstrip, then tighten fasteners (1).
4. Raise glass to full up position and adjust for proper fit at roof rail, "A" pillar and quarter window area.
5. Tighten fasteners (4).
6. Tighten fasteners (3).
7. Adjust up stops (38) until contact is made with up stop flange of lift plate 15. and tighten fasteners (5).
8. Pull bracket hooks on glass lift plate (15) then tighten fasteners (2).
9. Install air shield and door trim panel.
