Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Description and Operation

Hydraulic Assembly:

The control pressure switch is attached to the valve block and provides an electrical signal to the ABCM when boost pressure reaches approximately 400 psi. This ABCM uses the signal for verifying proper operation of the booster/master cylinder. A two pin connector and short harness are used to connect the control pressure switch to the sensor block. The control pressure switch is a serviceable part.
