NS-4A Checking Engine Timing

Complete No Start Test 3, Step A before proceeding.

1. Connect timing device to engine and crank engine.
2. If timing is between 0° and 16°BTDC, remove distributor cap and crank engine to be sure it is turning and is properly indexed, then check compression and valve timing.
3. If timing is not between 0° and 16°BTDC, proceed to Step B.
