NS-15F ASD Relay Control Wire For an Open Circuit

Complete No Start Test 15, Step A before proceeding.

1. Connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector.
2. Turn ignition switch Off and disconnect 60-way SMEC electrical connector.
3. Connect a voltmeter between terminal No. 58 of the connector and ground, then turn the ignition switch On.
4. If voltmeter reads within 1 volt of battery voltage, replace SMEC. Before replacing SMEC, ensure terminal in terminal No. 58 is not damaged.
5. If voltmeter indicates no voltage, locate and repair open in dark blue/yellow wire between terminal No. 58 and the auto shutdown relay.
