Engine Control Module: Locations

ACCELERATOR CABLE ADJUSTMENT

Accelerator Cable:

AIR BYPASS VALVE

Air Cleaner, Air Piping And Components:

The air bypass valve is located mounted to the turbochargers crossover pipe.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

The electronic (ECI) control unit is located to the right of the accelerator pedal, behind the center console inside the vehicle.

EGR VACUUM SOURCE

Fuel Injection Mixer:

The EGR vacuum source is located on the fuel injection mixer.

FUEL FILTER (IN-LINE)

In-line Fuel Filter Location:

The In-line fuel filter is located on the firewall.

FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

Fuel Injection Mixer:

The Fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel injection mixer.

FUEL PUMP

Fuel Tank And Components:

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank mounted on the forward wall of the fuel tank directly under the connector.

FUEL PUMP DRIVE TERMINAL

Connecting Jumper Wires To Fuel Pump Check Connector:

The fuel pump drive terminal (shown hooked-up) is located approx. center of the engine compartment on the firewall.

FUEL PUMP HARNESS CONNECTOR

Fuel Tank And Components:

The fuel pump harness connector is located on the forward end of the fuel tank.

FUEL INJECTION MIXER

Injection Mixer And Components:

The fuel injection mixer mounts to the intake manifold, and has the air intake pipe mounted to it.

INJECTORS

Injection Mixer And Components:

The injectors are mounted directly into the fuel injection mixer.

OVERFILL LIMITER (TWO-WAY VALVE)

Overfill Limiter Location:

The overfill limiter is mounted in-line, in the vapor line, at the forward end of the fuel tank.

PURGE HOSE VACUUM SOURCE

Fuel Injection Mixer:

The Purge hose vacuum source is located on the fuel injection mixer.

ROLLOVER (FUEL CHECK) VALVE
The rollover valve is mounted to the RH side of the firewall.

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR

Fuel Injection Mixer:

The throttle position sensor is mounted on the fuel injection mixer.

WASTEGATE ACTUATOR
The wastegate actuator is located mounted on the turbocharger.

WASTEGATE SOLENOID VALVE

Wastegate Solenoid Location:

The wastegate solenoid valve is located attached to the air cleaner housing.
