Air/Fuel Ratio Control
The air/fuel ratio control is achieved by controlling the driving time of the two injectors installed on the injection mixer. After passing through the in-tank fuel filter, the fuel is pumped to the injector through the main fuel line and fuel filter. The fuel pressure applied to the injector is maintained at a fixed level by the fuel pressure regulator so that it may be 36.26 psi higher than the internal pressure of the injection mixer where fuel injection takes place. After pressure regulation, excess fuel is returned to the fuel tank through the return hose. When the injector is energized, the valve inside the injector opens fully to inject the fuel.
