Front Door Panel: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Interior Trim.
2. Remove the screws and the door pull bracket.




3. Remove the inside door handle. Refer to "Inside Door Handle".
4. Remove the door seal trim.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the door seal trim.




2. Install the inside door handle. Refer to "Inside Door Handle".

NOTE: Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use the correct fasteners to prevent premature corrosion.

3. Install the door pull bracket with the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the door pull bracket screws to 3.5 N.m (31 lb-in)

4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Interior Trim.
