Trunk/Liftgate Sensor/Switch (For Alarm): Service and Repair

Removal




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the rear deck lid tamper switch electrical connector from the tamper switch.
3. Remove the rear deck lid tamper switch.

Installation




1. Install the rear deck lid tamper switch.
2. Connect the rear deck lid tamper switch electrical connector to the tamper switch.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
