Transaxle Brace

TRANSAXLE BRACE

- J-28467-B Engine Support Fixture

Removal Procedure





1. Install the engine support fixture J-28467-B.
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
3. Remove the right front wheel.





4. Remove the transaxle brace mounting bolts.
5. Remove the engine mounting bolts.
6. Remove the transaxle brace.


Installation Procedure





1. Install the transaxle brace.
2. Loosely install the transaxle brace mounting bolts.
3. Install the engine mounting bolts.
- Tighten the transaxle brace mounting bolts to 55 ft. lbs. (75 Nm).
- Tighten the engine mounting bolts to 55 ft. lbs. (75 Nm).





4. Remove the engine support fixture J-28467-B.
5. Install the right front wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle.
