Ultrasonic Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal




1. Slide the ultrasonic sensor in a downward direction to loosen the upper retaining clip, and simultaneously pull the sensor away from the B-pillar.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation




1. Attach the electrical connector to the ultrasonic sensor.
2. Install the ultrasonic sensor by pushing it into the opening in the B-pillar until the retaining clips lock into place.
