Fuel Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the fuel from the filter.
2. Drain the fuel from the diesel fuel conditioning module. Refer to Water-in-Fuel Draining (Service and Repair).




3. Position the hose clamps away the clamping surface.
4. Remove the hose.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the hose.
2. Position the hose clamps over the clamping surface.
3. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming (Fuel System Priming).
