Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement - Left Side (LNJ) (3.4L)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the heat shield bolts (2).
2. Remove the heat shield (1) from the exhaust manifold.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the heat shield (1) to the exhaust manifold.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the heat shield bolts (2) to the exhaust manifold and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
