Windshield Washer Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Chevrolet) (Service and Repair)Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Pontiac) (Service and Repair)Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Buick) (Service and Repair).




2. Disconnect the front washer hose (1) from the retention clips (2).
3. Disconnect the front washer hose from the air inlet grille panel.
4. Remove the front washer hose grommet from the grille panel pinch weld.
5. Disconnect the front washer hose from the washer solvent container (3).




6. Disconnect the front washer hose from the front washer pump.
7. Remove the front washer hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front washer hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the front washer hose to the washer pump.
3. Secure the front washer hose to the washer solvent container.




4. Install the front washer hose grommet into the grille panel pinch weld.
5. Connect the front washer hose to the air inlet cowl panel retainers (2).
6. Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Chevrolet) (Service and Repair)Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Pontiac) (Service and Repair)Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Buick) (Service and Repair).
