Luggage Carrier Cross Rail Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the luggage carrier. Refer to Luggage Carrier Replacement (PRO V64) (Luggage Carrier Replacement (PRO V64))Luggage Carrier Replacement (Regular Wheelbase) (Luggage Carrier Replacement (Regular Wheelbase)).
2. Turn the luggage carrier upside down and place on a clean flat surface.




3. Remove the luggage carrier cross rail screws from the luggage carrier side rails.
4. Remove the luggage carrier cross rail from the luggage carrier side rails.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the luggage carrier cross rail to the luggage carrier side rail.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the luggage carrier cross rail screws to the luggage carrier.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the luggage carrier. Refer to Luggage Carrier Replacement (PRO V64) (Luggage Carrier Replacement (PRO V64))Luggage Carrier Replacement (Regular Wheelbase) (Luggage Carrier Replacement (Regular Wheelbase)).
