Important:
* Measure as described below at a minimum of 3 locations.

* Replace any 4-5-6 clutch steel plate that does not meet specifications.



1. Measure the thickness of each 4-5-6 clutch steel plate (1) at dimension A.

The 4-5-6 clutch steel plate minimum thickness is 2.135 mm (0.0841 in).






Important: Check the steel plates for coning on a level surface.


2. Measure the cone of each 4-5-6 clutch steel plate (1) at dimension A.

The 4-5-6 clutch steel plate maximum cone is 0.240 mm (0.0094 in).
