9. Oil Pan Removal - Lower

Lower Oil Pan Removal

Tools Required

^ J 37228 Seal Cutter





1. Disconnect the oil level sensor.





2. Remove the lower oil pan bolts.

3. Important: Do not damage the sealing surfaces when separating the lower oil pan from the upper oil pan.

Separate the lower oil pan from the upper oil pan using J 37228.
4. Remove the lower oil pan.
