Coolant Crossover Pipe Installation





1. Install the coolant crossover pipe assembly onto the engine.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the engine lift bracket (1) and the front coolant crossover pipe bolts (3).
^ Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the side coolant crossover pipe bolt (2).
^ Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





4. Install the idler pulleys and bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts (1) to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the bolt (2) to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).





5. Install the coolant vent pipe and bolt (2).
^ Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
6. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe and bolt (1).
^ Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
7. Install the thermal bypass hose and securely fasten the clamp (3).
