Folding Top Hydraulic Cylinder Pivot Pin Replacement

FOLDING TOP HYDRAULIC CYLINDER PIVOT PIN REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the side rail from the vehicle.




2. Remove the lower retaining clip from the cylinder pivot pin. Note the spacer placement prior to removal.




3. Remove the lower cylinder pivot pin and spacers.
4. Remove the pivot pin from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the cylinder pivot pin into the side rail along with the spacers noted during disassembly.




2. Install the retaining clip onto the cylinder pivot pin.
3. Install the side rail into the vehicle.
