Door Adjustment
Up/Down Adjustment Procedure
Important: Loosen 1 set of the door hinge bolts at a time and move the door hinge not the door. Be sure to re-tighten the door hinge bolts before loosing and adjusting the other door hinge.
1. Loosen the upper door hinge to hinge pillar bolts.
2. Reposition the door hinge up to raise or down to lower the door.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Tighten the upper door hinge bolts.
Tighten the door hinge to hinge pillar bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
4. Loosen the lower door hinge to hinge pillar bolts.
5. Reposition the door hinge.
6. Tighten the lower door hinge bolts.
Tighten the door hinge to hinge pillar bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
7. Repeat the procedure for additional adjustment, if necessary.
In/Out Adjustment Procedure
Important: Loosen 1 set of door hinge bolts at a time and move the door hinge not the door be sure to retighten the door hinge bolts before loosing and adjusting the other door hinge.
1. Loosen the upper door hinge to door bolts.
2. Reposition the door hinge outward to adjust the door inward or inward to adjust the door outward.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Tighten the upper door hinge to door bolts.
Tighten the door hinge to door bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
4. Loosen the lower door hinge to door bolts.
5. Reposition the door hinge.
6. Tighten the lower door hinge to door bolts.
Tighten the door hinge to door bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
7. Repeat procedure for additional adjustment, if necessary.
