Instrument Panel (I/P) Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Right

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the cluster trim bezel.




2. Remove the center console trim bezel from the instrument panel (I/P).




3. Open the compartment door to expose the trim panel fasteners and the end cap bolt.




4. Remove the right side end cap.




5. Remove the upper I/P trim pad. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper (Removal and Replacement) .




6. Remove the fasteners holding the trim pad - right. Remove the trim panel from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure


Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.





1. Align the trim panel with the I/P. Fasten in place.

Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).





2. Install the upper trim pad. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper (Removal and Replacement) .




3. Install the right side end cap. Fasten in place.

Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).





4. Align the center console trim bezel. Snap the bezel into place.




5. Align the I/P cluster trim bezel. Fasten the bezel into place.

Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

6. Close the compartment door.
7. Inspect the I/P for proper operation.
