Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Rear (AL4 - Rear Bucket)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the second row bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (Seat Replacement - Rear) .
2. Remove the finish covers. Refer to Seat Trim Replacement - Side (Seat Trim Replacement - Side) .
3. Remove the seat riser. Refer to Seat Riser Replacement - Rear (Seat Riser Replacement - Rear) .
4. Remove the rear seat adjuster. Refer to Seat Adjuster Replacement - Rear (Seat Adjuster Replacement - Rear) .




5. Remove the recliner bolts.
6. Separate the rear seat cushion from the rear seat back.




7. Remove the seat cushion cover retainers (1) from the seat frame.




8. Remove the rear seat cushion cover retainer rings (2).
9. Separate the rear seat cushion cover away from the foam pad while separating the hook and loop retainers.
10. Remove the rear seat cushion cover (1) from the foam pad.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear seat cushion cover (1) to the foam pad.
2. Secure the rear seat cushion cover to the foam pad using retainer rings (2) and the hook and loop retainers.




3. Install the seat cushion cover retainers (1) to the seat frame.




4. Install the rear seat cushion to the rear seat back.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

5. Install the recliner bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).

6. Install the rear seat adjuster. Refer to Seat Adjuster Replacement - Rear (Seat Adjuster Replacement - Rear) .
7. Install the seat riser. Refer to Seat Riser Replacement - Rear (Seat Riser Replacement - Rear) .
8. Install the finish covers. Refer to Seat Trim Replacement - Side (Seat Trim Replacement - Side) .
9. Install the second row bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (Seat Replacement - Rear) .
