82. Engine Flywheel Installation

Engine Flywheel Installation





1. Important: Make sure the flywheel is installed correctly. Engine Side is stamped on the flywheel to assist with installation.

Install the engine flywheel.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the engine flywheel bolts.Tighten the fasteners following a criss-cross pattern.
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 40 Nm (30 lb ft) for the first pass.
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 80 Nm (59 lb ft) for the second pass.
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 100 Nm (74 lb ft) for the final pass.
