Reinforcement Inner Panel Replacement - Endgate

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the end gate inner trim panel.
2. Remove the end gate control module.
3. Remove the bolts retaining the end gate inner reinforcement panel to the end gate.
4. Remove the inner reinforcement panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the end gate inner reinforcement panel to the end gate.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts retaining the inner reinforcement panel to the end gate.

Tighten the inner reinforcement bolts to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft).

3. Install the end gate control module.
4. Install the end gate inner trim panel.
