Window Regulator Replacement - Midgate

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the mid gate inner panel.
2. Remove the mid gate window.




3. Disconnect the mid gate window regulator electrical connector (1).
4. Remove the mid gate window position switch (2) from the window regulator.
5. Remove the nuts retaining the window regulator to the mid gate.




6. Remove the regulator from the mid gate.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the regulator to the mid gate.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the nuts retaining the window regulator to the mid gate.

Tighten the window regulator nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the mid gate window position switch (2) to the window regulator.
4. Connect the window regulator electrical connector (1).
5. Install the mid gate window.
6. Check and adjust the mid gate window alignment to the weatherstrip channel. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate.
7. Install the mid gate inner panel.
