3. Countershaft Disassemble

Countershaft Disassemble

Important: The countershaft bearing and 5th counter gear only require removal if faulty. Do not reuse the components after removal.





1. Remove the retaining ring (1) for the countershaft rear bearing.
2. Using a hydraulic press remove the countershaft rear bearing (2).
3. Using a hydraulic press remove the 5th counter gear (3) from the countershaft (4).
