Service Procedure

1. Prep the vehicle and drain the coolant.





2. Remove the PCV intake manifold vacuum hose (3).





3. Remove the upper coolant hose to the throttle body (2).

4. Install the coolant hoses (2 and 3) from the new PCV hose kit (p/n 91177471) to the pipe (1) with the yellow paint mark on top using two clamps.

5. Install the PCV Vacuum hoses (4 and 5) to the pipe (1) using two clamps.





6. Install the new hose assembly to the engine as shown.

7. Install the new clip between the coolant hose and breather hose to prevent rubbing.

8. Refill the coolant.
