87. Engine Flywheel Installation - Manual Trans

Engine Flywheel Installation (with MT)

1. Install the engine flywheel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





2. Install the engine flywheel bolts.
Tighten the fasteners following a crisscross pattern.
- Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) for the first pass.
- Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.) for the second pass.
- Tighten the engine flywheel bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.) for the final pass.
