Door Hardware Lubrication

Lubricate the mechanical components of the door during the assembly. If any door hardware mechanism needs additional lubrication, use Lubriplate Spray-Lube A GM P/N 1052349 (Canadian P/N 992723), Lubriplate Auto-Lube A GM P/N 1052196 (Canadian P/N 5264008), or a similar lubricant. Lubricate the door hinge pins and rollers at normal service intervals with a 30 SAE engine oil. Do not lubricate the contacting surfaces between the hinge roller and the hold-open link. This may prevent the roller from rolling properly.
