123. Generator and Drive Belt Tensioner Mounting Bracket Installation

Drive Belt Tensioner and Generator Mounting Bracket Installation





1. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts.
- Tighten the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the tensioner pulley.
4. Install the tensioner pulley bolt.
- Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the left idler pulley.
6. Install the left idler pulley bolt.
- Tighten the left idler pulley bolt to 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the right idler pulley.
8. Install the right idler pulley retaining screw.
- Tighten the right idler pulley retaining screw to 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
9. Install the right idler pulley plastic cover.





10. Install the oil separator bracket (4).
11. Install the schrader valve (3).
12. Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket (2).
13. Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket nuts (1).





14. Install the generator.
15. Install the generator mounting bolts.
- Tighten the generator mounting bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
