Secondary Air Injection Shut-Off Valve Outlet Pipe/Hose Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the hose clamp (12) from the AIR shut-off valve outlet hose (10).
2. Remove the hose from the shut-off valve (13).
3. Release the retaining clip (11) for the outlet hose.
4. Remove the hose clamp at the crossover pipe.
5. Remove the shut-off valve outlet hose from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the shut-off valve outlet hose to the crossover pipe.
2. Install the hose clamp at the crossover pipe.
3. Install the hose to the shut-off valve (13).
4. Install the hose clamp (12) to the AIR shut-off valve outlet hose (10).
5. Close the retaining clip (11) for the outlet hose.
