Two Speed Rear Axle Shift Control Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the retainer clips from the shifter boot.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from under the access hole in the floor matting.
3. Remove the screw from the cover.
4. Open the cover.
5. Remove the bolts from the clamp.
6. Remove the cover mounting screw and the cover from the clamp.
7. Remove the tie strap.
8. Pull the wiring through the shifter boot.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the wiring through the shifter boot.
2. Install the tie strap.
3. Install the cover mounting screw and the cover to the clamp.
4. Install the bolts to the clamp.
5. Close the cover.
6. Install the screw to the cover.
7. Connect electrical connector in the access hole in the floor matting.
8. Install the retainer clips to the shifter boot.
