Park Brake Warning Lamp Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Depress the park brake pedal.
3. Remove the park brake warning lamp switch retaining screw.
4. Remove the park brake indicator switch from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the park brake indicator switch onto the locator pin at the park brake pedal.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the retaining screw.
Tighten the retaining screw to 4 Nm (35 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Release the park brake.
