Sliding Rear Side Door Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Support the door for removal, with an assistant.
2. Remove the center track cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement ().




3. Remove the bolts (5) from the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (3).




4. Remove the bolts (3) from the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (1).




5. Remove the bolts (4) from the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.
6. Remove the door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the door to the vehicle with an assistant.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts (4) to the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.

Tighten the upper roller bracket bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft.).




3. Install the bolts (3) to the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.

Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 35 Nm (26 lb.ft.).




4. Install the bolts (5) to the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.

Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft.).

5. Install the center track cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement ().
