Roller Track Replacement - Sliding Door Center
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the sliding door center roller bracket (body side). Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement (With RPO E58) () .
2. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.
3. Remove the sliding door center track screws.
4. Remove the sliding door center track screw or stud from the front of the track inside the vehicle.
5. Remove the sliding door center track from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the sliding door center track to the vehicle.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the sliding door center track screw or stud to the front of the track inside the vehicle.
Tighten the sliding door center track screw or stud to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
3. Install the sliding door center track screws.
Tighten the sliding door center track screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
4. Install the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement) in Interior Trim.
5. Install the sliding door center track bracket. Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement (With RPO E58) () .
6. Lubricate the front radius of the center track (extended wheelbase only). Refer to Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations.
