Vacuum Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the battery and battery tray.





2. Remove the vacuum hose from the vacuum actuator.





3. Remove the vacuum actuator cable.
4. Remove the bolts.





5. Remove the vacuum actuator.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the vacuum actuator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts to 1.4 Nm (13 inch lbs.).





3. Install the vacuum actuator cable.





4. Install the vacuum hose.
5. Install the battery tray and battery.
