21. Camshaft Removal

1. Remove the camshaft thrust plate retaining bolts.
2. Remove the camshaft thrust plate.





3. Remove the camshaft thrust plate spacer.





Important: Pull the camshaft from the engine cylinder block carefully to avoid damage to the camshaft bearings.

4. Remove the camshaft.
