Cleaning Bright Metal Parts

1. Clean bright metal parts regularly with mild detergent and water.
2. Use Chrome Polish GM P/N 1050173 or the equivalent on the chrome-plated steel or the stainless steel trim, if needed.
3. Use special care with the aluminum trim, the aluminum wheels, and the chrome-plated plastic parts.
4. Do not use the following solvents in order to clean aluminum or chrome-plated plastic parts:

* Rubbing compound
* Auto or chrome polish
* Steam
* Caustic detergent

5. Use a coating of wax, rubbed to a high polish, for all bright metal parts.
