Range Selector Replacement (Floor Mounted)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the screws securing the cover from the range selector.
2. Remove the screws securing the range selector brackets to the range selector.




3. Disconnect the shift lever wiring harness.




4. Remove the two nuts and the cable clamp securing the shift cable to the range selector.
5. Remove the cotter pin securing the shift cable to the range selector.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the cotter pin in order to secure the shift cable to the range selector.
2. Install the cable clamp and the two nuts in order to secure the shift cable to the range selector.




3. Connect the shift lever wiring harness.




4. Install the screws in order to secure the range selector brackets to the range selector.
5. Install the screws in order to secure the cover to the range selector.
