Oil Pan Replacement

Removal Procedure






1. Remove the engine. Refer to Engine Replacement
2. Remove the oil pan drain plug and drain the engine oil into a suitable container.
3. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Removal under unit repair.
4. Clean and inspect all parts. Refer to Oil Pan Clean and Inspect

Installation Procedure






1. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation under unit repair.
2. Install the engine. Refer to Engine Replacement.
3. Fill the engine with oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
