Fuse Block Replacement (Mid Bussed Electrical Center)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable(s).
2. Remove the harness from the front of the Mid Bussed Electrical Center (MBEC).
3. Unsnap the cover from the MBEC.




4. Unsnap the top pivots and rotate the MBEC (1) down. Unsnap the lower pivots and remove the MBEC from the bracket (2).
5. Disconnect the two 68 Way IP connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Connect the two 68 Way IP connectors.
2. Snap the MBEC (1) onto the bracket (2).
3. Connect the harness to the front of the MBEC.




4. Fasten the cover to the MBEC.
5. Connect the negative battery cable(s).
