Rear Spring Hanger Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the rear spring from the hanger. Refer to Leaf Spring Replacement.
2. Remove the hanger nuts.
3. Remove the hanger bolts.
4. Remove the hanger from the frame.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the hanger to the frame.
2. Install the hanger bolts.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the hanger nuts.
- Tighten the nuts to 105 Nm (77 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the rear spring to the hanger. Refer to Leaf Spring Replacement
