Console Shift Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the shift handle retaining clip at the front of the handle.
2. Remove the shift handle from the shift lever.
3. Remove the screws that retain the shift boot to the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fasteners that retain the shift boot to the vehicle

Tighten
Tighten the screws that retain the shift boot to the vehicle 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

2. Install the shift handle to the shift lever.
3. Install the shift handle retaining clip at the front of the handle.
